so florida came in on thurs for their dad's bday. florida consists of jarryd, divina, and their dad, tito estong. i said i'd update yous guys on bingo so here's the amazing results:
NO ONE WON
sad day my friends. actually philip won. what a dummy. he had a false bingo. apparently he likes to make up his own rules at to what a regular bingo is. he just had a little box randomly on his bingo card and he thought it was a bingo.
the crowd was pretty diverse as said earlier. there was a group of costumed characters. banana suit guy, peanut guy, pocahontas, and i think a hot dog guy. people took pics with them for some reason. we got some good food there. divina and jessica went to get food while we played their cards. got me some buttery goodness grilled cheese. they got like frito pies and sausage on a buns. also looked super good.
funniest part of the night. this drunk lady thought she had a bingo. she yells it at the top of her lungs and her voice got all raspy. false bingo. sorry lady. your moment of joy turned into super embarrassment just like that.
another funny part. when bingo was over and everyone went to pee, banana guy and peanut were in the restroom all mad. they were pissed that pocahontas peaced out without telling them.

after losing at bingo, very disappointing, we went to boondock's. buncha emo kids up in there. they all had fake cool old guy glasses and super tight pants. just be normal geez. ok fine some people did look cool in their cardigans and what not, but most people tried too hard.

Easy Street
so i finally finished all those stupid things i stated earlier in the week. it was a lot harder than i expected. i would take breaks to play the sc2 beta. lots of breaks. i would say i'm pretty crappy at time management for the most part. sometimes i'm on the ball and have everything ready to go. Other times i'm scrambling to get things finished. This week was a scramble for sure.
tomorrow my cousins from florida come in. we're going to lodge 88 for some bingo action. it's a pretty sweet deal if you haven't heard about it. the place is huge. probably about 500 people are in the place young and old. hipster and nerds. nerds that think they're hipsters. you name it there's a group there of it. cheap food, cheap beer. good ol' fashioned fun.
It's in the heights and it starts at 7:45. there's some early bird thing, but i have no idea what they do with that. anyway it's 12 bingo games for 5 bucks.
i think it goes something like the first two games are regular bingo and the prize is $100 less 5% tax. so if you win you get $95. so horizontal, vertical, diagonal, and four corners for some reason is regular bingo. if you have multiple winners then the money gets split. when kathleen and i went last week she won $47.50 because 2 people won.
the third game is a novelty game. probably my favorite game. it's for like $130 or some weird number. the games are like X game where you got two diagonals, block of nine, a kite, and other stuff.
then you got two more regular games for $100
and finally it's the 6th game. BLACKOUT.
They call it coverall though. my whole life i called it blackout so i'm stickin with that. this game is worth $250 and there's usually only one winner. the entire place gets pretty intense when everyone gets closers to winning. I was two away last week when someone yelled bingo. the whole crowd groans when it happens.

then it all happens again. except black out is 500 smackers this time. that's money to blow ladies and gentlemen.
i'll post tom if any of us win.
